September 2021 - eBike

The sale and use of electric bikes (eBikes) has witnessed large increases in the recent past with future projections pointing to even greater popularity. Market segments include a broad range of users, including commuters, the elderly, and people just wanting a new fun cycling experience. Ted Higgins, an experienced cyclist and long-standing member of the Freewheelers and Bike Niagara, has offered to do an informal eBike information session with a focus on questions and answers to those interested from the Niagara Freewheelers, the Probus Club of Pelham, Bike Niagara, and others. Ted has assembled and rebuilt bikes and as a senior cyclist he has converted to e-Bikes. He is now riding his third e-Bike and will pick up his fourth soon. His research and expertise will stimulate an informed discussion about the benefits, along with the challenges and solutions to the e-Bike experience.

The session is FULL. Contact Dave Hunt to  be added to the waiting list for a possible cancellation.
