Bike Niagara Safe Cycling Enhancement Course

Bike Niagara is offering an adult bike safety course that will enhance your cycling knowledge and skills to lower your risks and keep you out of harm’s way. This course is an on-bike session with your bicycle in a car-free environment at Bethany Church. It is free and includes safety tips, equipment checks, 8 individual bike handling skills, plus a review of group riding skills followed by a short road ride to a lunch location. Show up with your bike, helmet and water bottle and have fun while enhancing your cycling skills. This course is geared to individuals who have some experience on a bike and is best suited to those 14 years of age and above.
